The MINVELO Mission

In a world of fads and trends, it is easy to forget the basics. Therefore, MINVELO uses the proven  science of biomechanics to build individual programs for every client. Biomechanics is a sub-discipline of kinesiology, the study of the mechanics of body movement. This includes the statics and dynamics of musculoskeletal function, the mechanics of blood flow, cardiovascular and pulmonary function, and the mechanics related to any bodily function. In short, biomechanics are the basics behind every workout at MINVELO. This philosophy drives safe and successful training for clients of all ages and abilities: athletes looking for improved sports performance, increase bone density for women, elevate overall fitness, or  safely rehabilitate from an injury.

Equally important, MINVELO understands the uniqueness of every client and develops individualized training programs based on the biomechanics of their body. A person’s age, body structure, and muscle fiber type are all factors that can influence results.  There are controllable ways to achieve success which include: program design, proper form, speed of movement and appropriate weight-loads, as well as the duration, frequency and intensity of exercise.  Book your free consultation today to learn more about your personalized program.

Lucy & Finnie

minvelo dogs

Lucy and Finnegan are the heart and soul of MINVELO.  Miss Lucy started training with Todd in 2009 and accepted the position as Team Dog in 2012.  She has been described by some as the 'perfect dog' but she isn't one to brag.  Finnegan arrived in 2016 and has never missed a chance to make her presence known.  Beware, she gives the sweetest kisses.
