Every athlete at MINVELO begins with a consultation and athletic assessment. This provides critical information to ensure the proper program is developed.  For example, young athletes are in an immature physiological and psychological state, as such, they should be prescribed appropriate training programs according to their technical ability and stage of development. As growth and maturation develop in a non-linear way through childhood and adolescence, this has a great impact on the training required by each individual.​
